Chinese New Year
It's been a long time since I wrote a post. If I'm not wrong, it should be 11/1/2009. Chinese New Year just passed. How many ang pows you got and how much money you received? This year's like so rush. I received a range from S$150 to S$200. Last year, it was at least S$200. I guessed that the economy was quite bad so everything increases in price. But work pay dosen't increase, ang pows money dosen't increase.
On the second day of Chinese New Year, we say “年初二”in Chinese, my family and I went to my father's second brother's (which is my uncle) house. His house has new things every year. This year my uncle has bought a projector with a visualizer, like your school's, every classroom. He also has a playstation "Wii". it is quite fun. We played tennis and bowling. In tennis, how far the ball went depends on how much strength you used. The remote was like a tennis racket. In bowling, the remote acts as your hand holding the ball.
